Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and non-stick spray.
Step 2
Prepare Alfredo sauce, add salad shrimp to warm.
Step 3
Place fillets on prpared baking sheet. Spray each fillet with lemon juice, then coat with cajun spices to taste.
Step 4
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5
Serve with Shrimp Alfredo sauce over the blackened fillet.
