Instructions

Step 1
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and old bay seasoning and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix well until all the shrimp is coated with the seasonings.
Step 2
In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil and pan fry the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked and pink. (Varies on size of shrimp)
Step 3
Mix kewpie mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha together. I added 1 tsp of lemon juice afterwards and this is optional.
Step 4
Serve immediately and top with green onions and drizzle the bang bang sauce or coat the shrimp in the sauce.
