2 cupsrolled oats

1 cupplain whole-milk greek yogurt

½ cupunsweetened almond milk

⅓ cuppure maple syrup

4eggs
large

1 teaspoonbaking powder

½ teaspoonbaking soda

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonground cinnamon

¼ teaspoonground nutmeg

Instructions
Step 1

Mix 2 tablespoons raisins, 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon together



Step 2

Pour rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl.










Step 3

Mix them on high speed until batter is smooth.

Step 4

Pour the mixture over the raisin and walnuts.
Step 5

Bake until tops spring back lightly when touched.

Step 6
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving. Alternately, cool completely, cover, and place into the refrigerator or freezer for later. Re-warm before serving.
