Instructions
Step 1
Start by creaming your butter, sugars, espresso powder, and the toasted milk powder until it looks light and fluffy. Add your lightly beaten eggs and vanilla, and mix until just combined.
Step 2
Add your flour, cocoa powder, leavening agents, and salt. Mix until just combined, do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chunks/chips. Let the batter chill in the fridge for 5-10min.
Step 3
Scoop 2 tbsp sized balls and place on parchment paper. You don’t have to chill these, but I like to let it freeze overnight for the best flavor.
Step 4
In a preheated oven set to 375f, bake for 12min. Once it comes out, you have to let it cool for at least 10 minutes to set. Enjoy!
