Instructions
Step 1
Mix and soak black and white sticky rice in a big bowl with cold water for at least 3 hours (or overnight is preferred), drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a rice cooker, mix soaked black sticky rice, white sticky rice as well as rinsed regular jasmine rice, further add in cold water (water is about ½ inch over the rice level). Cook rice like you normally do with the rice cooker. Once cooked, stir to rest for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
