This extremely simple dish was adjusted to add some carrots and the cashews stirred in to make it a really quick, balanced meal with limited equiptment needed. I made a batch and brought it for lunches to work

Instructions
Step 1
Place the rice, stock, sugar, cinnamon, carrot, turmeric, sultanas and cinnamon stick in a pot.
Step 2
Boil for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
Step 3
If there is any excess water, drain it.
Step 4
Remove cinnamon stick, stir in cashews and serve.
