Instructions

Step 1
Rinse cranberries. Place in large Slow-cooker. Add brown sugar, lemon juice, fresh squeezed orange juice, orange zest, and mint. Mix well. Cook on high for 4 hours. After 2 hours, mix well. You’ll hear the berries beginning to burst. Depending on your cranberries, you may need additional brown sugar to taste. This recipe has cut the added sugar in half. Allow cranberry sauce to cool, place into storage containers. This made 7 cups of cranberry sauce for me. Store in fridge for 10 days or freeze up to 2 months. Serve alone or add in mandarin oranges. Enjoy!!
