0.5can coconut cream

Instructions
Meatballs
Step 1
Toast bread, food processor. Mix all meatball ingredients. Roll into balls on a cookie sheet and roast.
Step 2
Dice onions, thinly slice leek trunk, 1in cut the green leave portion, slice small sweet peppers in rounds, mash garlic, ginger, etc.
Step 3
Sweat the onions (3 min), add veggies (2 min), add ginger and garlic and spices (3-5 min). Add the coconut milks + creams and simmer
Step 4
Place finished meatballs in a dish. Pour sauce and veggies over the top and add garnish
