Instructions

Step 1
Start by cutting the chicken breasts in half lengthways Coat it in seasoned flour Pan fry over a medium to high heat until its golden on both sides Remove the chicken and set aside Fry the chopped onion until soft Add the Garlic for 1 min Add the chicken stock Add 2 tbsp of honey Then 2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard Brill to the pan to the boil Then add the cream Add the chicken put the pan on a simmer Add the parsley Dish up Enjoy!
