Instructions
Step 1
Place four, yeast, potato flakes, sugar, salt, water, and butter in bowl and beat 2 minutes until smooth. Scrape often

Add 2 warm eggs, beat until mixed.

Add 3 1/2 cups more flour, stir with rubber spatula.

Then with hands, place dough on pastry cloth and invert bowl over dough. Let rest for 20 minutes.

Cut 1-inch slices and place in refrigerator overnight.

Melt butter and add cream, vanilla, salt, and sugar. Beat until smooth and spread on warm rolls.
