Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Mix milk, oil, syrup, sugar, and egg (and orange oil if using) thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.

Add flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cranberries.

Mix until just combined.
Step 6
Spoon mixture into lined muffin tin.
Step 7
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
