Beup’s Berry Good Smoothie

1 step
Prep:5minCook:2min
My inspiration for this recipe after ET diagnosis was based on a PubMed article I posted on MPN Voice. It listed strawberries and blackberries as top foods that inhibit JAK2. After reading many MPN Voice posts on the positive anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric, I started keeping my organic turmeric bottle with my salt and pepper. I add a dash here and there to many recipes. I read online that black pepper, berries, and fats help to increase turmeric’s bioavailability.
