Instructions

Step 1
Wisk egg yolks with the sugar
Step 2
Mix cream and vanilla at 140⁰C for 30 seconds
Step 3
Add the 2 mixtures together bit my bit while mixing
Step 4
Fill the plates almost to the top
Step 5
Put the plates in a tray and fill the tray with boiling warer until halfway of the plates is covered
Step 6
Cook in oven for 30-35 mins at 325 degrees
Step 7
Put the plates in the fridge for atleast 4 hours
Step 8
Before serving, top it with brown sugar and torch it with a torch and serve it with a scoop of caramel gelato on the side
