Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.

prepared baking sheet. You can flatten cookies to desired thickness. If you

like your cookies soft you can try them immediately. Otherwise, chill in

the fridge or pop them into the freezer for 15-25 mins, until firm.
