Step 1
1. Place pork chops in crock pot.
Step 2
2. Mix together honey, soy sauce, thyme, garlic, Romano and olive oil.
Step 3
3. Pour mixture over pork chops and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
Step 4
4. Before serving, take out liquid and put in small pan; boil liquid and add already mixed flour and water to the juices. Keep stirring and it will make beautiful gravy for the chops.
Step 5
5. IF FREEZING, place all ingredients except flour and water in gallon-size freezer bag. Thaw overnight in refrigerator prior to cooking.
