Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted water.
Step 2
Using oil, sauté ground meat about 5 min until cooked. Add sliced fennel and onion about 6 min until tender. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce in center of skillet. Cook until dark about 1 or 2 min.
Step 4
Add wine and bring to a simmer until reduced for about 10 min.
Step 5
Combine the cooked pasta to the sauce, adding a little pasta water if dry.
