2 lbbeef chuck roast

2 Tbsprosemary

1 tspkosher salt

1 tspblack pepper

2 cupsbeef broth

¼ cupred wine

6 ozcan tomato paste

15 ozcan diced tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Add onion, garlic, rosemary to the bottom of the slow cooker
Step 2
Season beef with salt and pepper then add to slow cooker
Step 3
Combine beef broth, red wine and tomato paste. Pour over beef
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes
Step 5
Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours or low for 10 to 12
Step 6
Shred beef in the slow cooker and serve on top of polenta

Melt butter over high heat until it melts
Step 8
Add milk, half & half, cornmeal, polenta and salt to the pot
Step 9
Add cheese and stir until it’s melted into the polenta
