Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150°C. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages and chorizo for 7 mins,or until brown. Remove and set aside
Step 2
Chuck in the onions and garlic and fry for 4 min, then stir in flour, cook for 3 mins. Add paprika, chillies, capsicum, then pour in the stock.
Step 3
Return meat to pan and cook in the oven for 35 min.
Step 4
Remove from oven. Skin off any excess fat from surface, stir in sour cream and parsley.
Step 5
Serve with rice or crusty bread.
