Mediterranean Salad in a Pita

This salad is my go to salad! Traditionally eaten without feta and olives. Fresh, delicious, and a subtle hint of heat! Must try!

Instructions
Step 1
Chop parsley and mint and dry with paper towel (set aside)
Step 2
Dice tomatoes, cucumber, onion, sweet pepper, and Serano pepper
Step 3
Chop olives and cut feta into squares
Step 4

Lightly toss
Step 5
Add lemon olive oil and salt, Then add parsley and mint
Step 6

Toast Pita until crispy, break apart, and top the salad.
Step 7
Eat inside a pita or serve as a side for falafel or Shawarma!
