Instructions
Step 1
Peel maybe 4 potatoes, cut into chunks sprinkle salt on and bit of oil and chuck it into air fryer for I think 15 min
Step 2
Grate an onion into mince add bit of salt bit of mix spice and add 1 egg, mix it till smooth - if a bit too soft add about 1.5 tblspoon of breadcrumbs. with gloves make balls or oblong shapes and put them direct to sunyja( black medium one)
Step 3
Fry kofta balls inside sunyja with a bit of oil
Step 4
When done turn off fire.Add potatoes when they done.
Step 5
Make sauce- tahini ( about 6 tblsp) + 1 garlic clove+ 0.5 lemon juice + 0.5 cube maggi + 1/4 tsp salt+ water ( about 3 cups maybe more u sort off taste and decide if bit too thick then add more)= all in hand blender jug and buzzzz
Step 6
Pour onto kofta and potato in sunyja turn on medium fire .when boils reduce to minimum 10 min .done.( shake sunyja sometimes)
