In a small bowl, whisk together the nondairy milk, yogurt, chia seeds, raw nuts, vanilla, and honey (or other sweetener). Transfer to a small serving glass or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut, and/or toasted nuts.
