Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, adding the water last after a first mix. Stir until a dough pulls together and form into a ball. Let rest for 20 minutes or so.
Step 2
Divide into four balls. Roll out into roundish tortillas.
Step 3
Brush a skillet with a little oil and cook each tortilla for minute each side on a medium-high heat.
Step 4
When ready, wrap in a clean tea towel and keep covered until ready to eat (this will keep them soft and pliable)
