Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast until combined.
Step 2
Then add the warm water and mix, along with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Step 3
Place in a floured bowl, shape into a ball, then cover for 30 mins-1 hour. Once doubled in size, place on an oiled tray, stretch, and let it rise again for 30 mins.
Step 4
Then place your toppings - we used cherry tomatoes, thyme, salt, pepper & Parmesan.
Step 5
Bake at 200°c for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
