Honey Oolong Cheese Foam Tea

Cheese foam tea originated in Taiwan. Originally it is made with a cheese powder, but I used cream cheese and was able to get a similar taste!

Instructions
Step 1
Create a honey simple syrup by mixing 2 tbsp honey with 2 tbsp hot water. In a 16oz glass add ice, oolong tea, and honey simple syrup to taste.
Step 2
In a blender combine cream cheese, half n half, salt and sugar. Blend until combined. If mixture is too thick add a little half and half until it is pourable.
Step 3
Top oolong tea with cheese foam & enjoy!
