Instructions
Step 1
Place the spinach in a large bowl, cover with cling film and microwave for two minutes until just wilted.
Step 2
Place the spinach, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, oil and cumin in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Toast the pittas and cut each into three triangles. Serve warm, with the houmous as a dip.
