My double choc banana bread is moist, delicious and so quick and easy to make.

Instructions
Step 1
- Whisk sugar and eggs for 5min till creamy and pale. Or use electric beaters and beat for 2min
Step 2
- In a separate bowl mix the mashed bananas, oil, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well
Step 3
- Add the banana mixture to the sugar and egg bowl and whisk well
Step 4
- Gentle add the SR flour and salt and mix till just combined. Add Choc chips if using.
Step 5
- Pour in to a greased and lined loaf tray
Step 6
- Place in a preheated oven 160degrees Celsius (fan) for about 60min or a skewer comes out clean.
Step 7
Best sliced when cooled.
