Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.
Fried veggies
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper and remove the ends from the sugar snap peas.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the bell pepper and fry for about 2min until soft and slightly brown.

Add the sugar snap peas and seasoning. Fry for one more minute.
Salmon
Step 5
Season the salmon on both sides.
Step 6
Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add the salmon with the skin side down. Fry for about 2-3min than flip.
Step 7
Sear the salmon pouring the oil butter over it. Fry for another 2-3min.
Filling

Shred the salmon with 2 forks.
Step 9
Slice the spring onion.
Step 10
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Wrap
Step 11
Top the front center of the wrap with the rice, salmon filling and fried veggies.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
