Pre heat oven to 350 ; Start by patting your salmon dry with a paper towel

Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat add enough avocado oil to coat the bottom of the pan . Once it gets hot add the salmon skin side down. Season with salt and pepper

Sear for approx 3 minutes on both sides . Add the butter and garlic. Add the Cajun and cayenne pepper directly where the butter is melting .
Step 4
Baste the salmon ; add the orange juice and white wine . Baste again . Finish in the oven for 5-8 minutes depending on the size of the salmon .
