Instructions
Step 1
In large bowl, add together sugar, eggs and crisco. Mix well.
Step 2
Add in flour, baking soda, Cocoa and salt. Mix well.
Step 3
Add in buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Stir in boiling water.
Step 5
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, and bake at 350°f for 30 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack before cutting.
