Instructions

Step 1
Beat 1/2 an egg in a small bowl
Step 2
Mix 100% beef mince with bread crumbs
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix the mince and whisked egg until evenly combined.

Shape into burger patty and dust with flour - be sure not to make it too thick, or too thin
Step 5
Wash onion and lettuce. Dice onion.
Step 6
Spray pan with oil and heat to medium
Step 7
Add beef patty and cook for 5 minutes on both sides, or until cooked through. Place to the side and cover in foil. Do not keep flipping.
Step 8
Slice the bun in half, butter, and place buttered side down into the frying pan. Do not burn the bun. Only let the butter melt and the bun to be slightly crunchy. Remove once the bun is not super squishy or until butter is melted golden.
Step 9
put diced onion in the pan to grill. Take out once golden brown.
Step 10
Carefully place patty on top.
Step 11
Sprinkle a little bit of onion on top.
Step 12
sprinkle some more onion
Step 13
put a teaspoon of tomato sauce on top and spread.
Step 14
place two leaves of lettuce.
Step 15
Finally, place the top bun on the burger.
Step 16
