Instructions
Step 1
Add pitted cherries and lemon juice to a sauce pan on low heat and bring to a simmer. When it simmers let it simmer for 10-15 mins.
Step 2
Remove some of the big chunks of cherries aside theb mix with a hand mixer the remaining
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to taste then add the pomegranate molasses and add again the cherry chunks and put on low heat again to simmer until it thickens and the sauce is ready
