Step 1
Preheat over 325

Mixing 12 eggs and 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder on high speed using electric mixer, add 4 raisins
Step 3
Microwave on standard setting in glass bowl — this is done to activate raisins natural micro-nutrient rich (bestiens) energy into mushroom powder —- for 30 seconds. The idea is to do the work for the digestive track so all you need to do is digest mushroom powder which is easier than raisins in a major way.
Step 4
Using measuring cup for convenience ladle egg mixture into teflon six chamber 4” x .5” size. Might want to do this in the preheated oven to prevent messes.
Step 5
Now that you have safely loaded the tray, place 8 raisins in each of the cups; very carefully slide the rack into the oven. Messes are easy to clean.
Step 6
When fully cooked freeze your egg muffin goodies on a flat pad so that you can store them in a one quart freezer bag for snacks. Freezer burn doesn’t count for eggs.
