600gground beef
400gGreen peas
1kgpotatoes
2onions
170gGreek Yogurht
1egg
15mozzarella miniballs
butter
2 Tbspbread crumbs
2 TbspLiège Syrup
1 Tbspmustard
33 cIBrown Beer
½ tspNutmeg
salt
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice onions. Mix bref with egg & Bread crumbs
Step 2
Divide in 15& insert mozzarella in balls.
Step 3
cook potatoes + add peas for the last 3 min.
Mash into purée with yogurt, Nutmeg, S&P
Step 4
cook meatballs in butter.
Step 5
Add onions& finish cooking with beer, mustard & Syrup.
