Pre heat oven 160°c
Step 2
Fry off meat for 3 min. Set aside

Add onions, carrots, herbs cook for 5 min
Then add flour. Cook out for 3-4 min
Step 4
Add stock, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, seasoning. Add meat back in Bring to boil simmer for 5 min
Step 5
Take off heat. Add sliced potatoes carefully brush with melted butter. Put lid on place in oven 1.5hr
Step 6
Brush with more butter and serve with pickled red cabbage
