Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in the microwave for 45 seconds, then mix it with chopped garlic, parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Divide your pizza dough into 10 pierces of 40g each.
Step 3
Roll out each piece into a flat disk, fill it with mozzarella and close it into a ball.
Step 4
Place your cheese balls on a baking tray, previously lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Spread some of your melted butter on top and bake for 10-12 mins or until nice and crispy (200C/390F).
