Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and salt. Combine milk and eggs. Add to flour and beat well until smooth. Pour drippings or Crisco into shallow 8x8 (4x13 if doubled) pan and bake in hot oven. Pour batter into pan once hot and cook at 400F for 30 mins.
Step 2
It can be cooked under roast beef 15 min to catch the juices. Goes well with roast.
