It’s crazy how the highs and lows seem to be paired BACK TO BACK 🛑 As you may have seen with my last IG post, this weekend I had to say bye to my best friend, Rusty. I was and still am heart broken. And yet, yesterday and today I’ve had some HUGE things confirmed for Autumn Elle Nutrition that will help me reach more people and change more lives 💫 My body doesn’t really know how to respond to feeling so great while simultaneously so miserable. But these are the times when it’s MOST important to take care of my body with the tools I use everyday. Case in point, today I tested out a new break-fast smoothie (for my 2020 project) that helps to lower inflammation and stabilize blood glucose levels. Such is life, we have to roll with the punches and keep looking forward. Anywayyyy here’s the recipe - try it out, eat what makes you feel good AND what tastes good 🤗 Ginger Berry Breeze Smoothie ~ Serves 1 Ingredients: 10 oz homemade coconut milk 🥥 (guys... this is so easy. Go check out my IGTV for how to make it) 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen 1/4 cup frozen mango 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds 1 Tbsp. Coconut butter 1 Tbsp. Almond butter 1/2 lime, juiced 1 Tbsp. Freshly chopped ginger Pinch of sea salt 1. Blend and enjoy!
