Ingredients
10 servings
1 tablespoonactive dry yeast
1 teaspoonsugar
to activate the yeast
30mlwater
warm, 100F or 37C
200mlmilk
100mlsunflower oil
3 tablespoonsugar
1 tablespoonsalt
600 gramFlour
as required
50 gramten unsalted butter
sal, on room temperature
Raspberry jam
as required
Fresh raspberries
as required
Dry raspberries
for plate presentation
3 dropsraspberry extract
Instructions
Step 1
Get it one jar mix the dry yeast with one teaspoon sugar and warm water (100F-38C) to activate the yeast. Cover the jar with cloth to speed up the activation process.
Step 2
Mix activated yeast, 3 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, milk, sunflower oil in a bowl of stand mixer attached with a padlle hook on a low speed.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour on a low speed until dough become smooth, elastic and tacky.
Add 3 drops of raspberry extract.
Place the dough on the floured surface and knead well the dough.
Step 4
Divide the dough in 10 balls.
Step 5
Thinly roll out each pice of dough until they have dimension of 20cm long.
Step 6
Twist in a shape of spiral. Place them in a tray with parchment paper.
Step 7
Brush it with melted butter. In the middle of the spiral apply raspberry jam and few fresh raspberries.
Step 8
Preheat the oven on 200 C. PLace the spiral pastry for baking.
Step 9
In about 30 minutes check them if they have nice and shiny colour take them out. leave them to cool down.
Step 10
decorate with raspberry jam and dry raspberries. Buon appetito 😜👌!
