regular, pureed

2 tspCoriander powder

1 tspcumin powder

½ tspred chilli powder

1 tspkasoori methi
hand crushed

2green chillies
whole

cilantro
finely chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Instant pot to saute. Once ready add oil.
Step 2
Add cumin first. Then whole spices. Then add onion. Cook 2-3 mins or until translucent.
Step 3
Add ginger garlic. Cook 2-3 mins or until raw smell gone. Keep stirring.
Step 4
Add pureed tomato. Cook until tomato reduces and oil separates. Do not be in a hurry. Around 10 mins.
Step 5
Add ground spices. Stir and cook for another minute.
Step 6
Add beans and give it a mix. Then add water.
Step 7
Cook 45 mins on high pressure. Natural pressure release.
Step 8
Add green chillies cilantro and fenugreek leaves. Stir and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add garam masala and more cilantro. Done.
