Instructions
Step 1
Bring medium pan to boil with salt and add halved corn on cob. Down to simmer for 15-20 mins. Add green beans 3-4 mins from end
Step 2
Season steaks and dust each side with flour
Step 3
Heat oil in pan, cook steaks for 2-3 mins each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside
Step 4
Pour stock into pan, and reduce by half
Step 5
Add mustard and cream and stir. Cook for 2-3 mins until thickened, add steaks
Step 6
Drain corn and beans, season mustard sauce and serve
