3 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
2 tablespoonshoney
1 tablespooncornstarch
1garlic clove

½ teaspoonground ginger
1 teaspoonsesame seed oil
2 tablespoonsolive oil
2boneless skinless chicken breast
cut into one inch cubes

1 bunchbroccoli
cut into smaller pieces
½ cupgreen onions
thinly sliced
1 teaspoontoasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and season with pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook for about five minutes until chicken is browned, stir occasionally and mostly cooked through.
Step 3
While chicken is cooking make your sauce. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, cornstarch, garlic, ginger and sesame seed oil until well combined. Set aside.
Step 4
Once chicken is browned add the broccoli stir until combined. Cook for three minutes until broccoli is bright green. Stir in soya sauce mixture and cook one minute until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
