Sliced, Or substitute fried onion strips
2 TbspFresh Goat Cheese Crumbles
Ground Black Peppercorn

Pink Himalayan Salt
Ground, to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Clean all fresh fruits and vegetables with an organic fruit and veggie wash.
Step 2
Arrange spring mix in a large bowl or deep dish pan and layer individual toppings as desired. Serve without dressing to allow for individual discretion of dressing pour.
Step 3
Of course always an option to toss all of the ingredients together in a salad bowl and toss with Ken's Steakhouse apple cider vinaigrette. Serve in small bowls immediately
