Step 1
Marinate chicken with black pepper, garlic, green onions, oyster sauce and gourmet sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours but overnight is best. Bake skin side down at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes on each side. Broil for 2 minutes to get the skin side a little crispy. You can also air fry this recipe!
