This is my favorite type of turkey dish, one where you can't even tell its turkey! I used Italian Panko since I had it on hand, and these were scrumptious! I also put the Buffalo and ranch sauces on the side instead of tossing them in it, so it was easier to control just how spicy they got. Will make again!
