Puffed, any plain cereal of your choice
0.5 TspMaple Syrup
½ cupProtein Powder
2 Tsplow fat Peanut Butter

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup and coconut oil together in the microwave for short bursts until fully combined.
Step 2
Stir in the puffed rice and transfer into a small lined dish, pressing down with the back of a spoon.
Step 3
Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave then spread over the puffed rice and chill in the fridge until set.
Step 4
I added some frozen berries to give the bar a little freshness, add Dried Fruits or Nuts, Pinch of sea salt, vanilla, any other ad-ins for greater taste .
