Easy Mac and Cheese

You Said Easy Mac and Cheese 🍝 ? Ingredients (for 2): -A drizzle of olive oil -cloves of garlic - 3 -shallot - 1 -tbsp tomato paste - 2 -spices : salt, pepper, pili-pili, oregano -Ă  bit of pasta cooking water -single cream - 100 ml -macaroni uncooked - 200g -mozzarella - 100g (less or more depending on your taste) -Basil for the topping (if you like) Instructions: •Brown garlic and shallots in olive oil. •Add the tomato paste and spices and stir. •Add pasta cooking water, cream and stir to obtain an homogeneous sauce. Cook on medium heat until you get a little wriggle. •Add the cooked pasta and stir. •Add the mozzarella and stir. •It’s ready. You can add mozzarella as you like and top with basil.
