Easy Mac and Cheese
You Said Easy Mac and Cheese đ ?
Ingredients (for 2):
-A drizzle of olive oil
-cloves of garlic - 3
-shallot - 1
-tbsp tomato paste - 2
-spices : salt, pepper, pili-pili, oregano
-Ă bit of pasta cooking water
-single cream - 100 ml
-macaroni uncooked - 200g
-mozzarella - 100g (less or more depending on your taste)
-Basil for the topping (if you like)
Instructions:
â˘Brown garlic and shallots in olive oil.
â˘Add the tomato paste and spices and stir.
â˘Add pasta cooking water, cream and stir to obtain an homogeneous sauce. Cook on medium heat until you get a little wriggle.
â˘Add the cooked pasta and stir.
â˘Add the mozzarella and stir.
â˘Itâs ready. You can add mozzarella as you like and top with basil.
