Ingredients
2 servings

¼ cupolive oil

2cloves garlic
chopped

0.75 lbpetite gold potatoes
1 lboctopus frozen
cut into bite-size

salt

¼ tsppaprika

1 Tbsplemon juice

½ Tbspchives
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Place petite potatoes into a microwave-safe container, and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Set it aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes, frequently stirring, until slightly golden.
Step 3
Add Petite potatoes, and sauté for a minute.
Step 4
Add octopus, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add salt, and paprika, and squeeze lemon. Sprinkle chopped chives on top.
