18 ozcauliflower rice

Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken night before with fruit juices, soy sauce, and 1tbsp teriyaki. Preheat pizza pan AND oven to 400°. Toss veggies in spray olive oil and season with onion and garlic powder to taste. Remove hot pan from oven, add tossed veggies and listen to them sizzle. Add sliced premarinated chicken to the top of sizzling veggies. Cook for 20mins or until chicken is cooked through. Add cauliflower rice to entire pan and stir. Return to oven and roast 10 more mins. Remove from oven and stir in remaining 3tbsp Teriaki sauce. Serve.
