Step 1
Prepare steak.
Step 2
-Slice tri top into bite sized pieces. (Slices or cubes based on your preference)

-Transfer to a mixing bowl and season with soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, sugar, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Combine well

Chop garlic cloves and add to steak mixing bowl. Combine well.
Step 5
While steak is marinating, prepare dipping sauce.
Step 6
-Squeeze lime juice into a dipping sauce bowl and season with salt and back pepper… that’s it.

Prepare vegetables

- Prepare romaine lettuce and separate leaves.

-Cut tomatoes into 1/4 in slices

Cook steak!

To a medium-hot wok or skillet, add a few tables of olive oil or oil of choice.

Once wok is smoking, throw in the marinated steak and spread in an even layer. Do not disturb the steak so that it forms a nice sear. After a few minutes start to stir fry until steak is cooked to your liking.

Serve up the dish with the fresh vegetables and eggs.

To enjoy, eat over a bed of rice, eat as a lettuce wrap, or with a French baguette as a sandwich!
