Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, hoisin, cornstarch and pepper. Add chicken and let marinade for 30-60 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat up oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 min. Add veggies and stir fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Pour chicken and sauce into the wok, let it bubble up, lower the heat and cook until chicken is ready and the sauce is reduced.
Step 4

Turn down the heat, add veggies and peanuts. Combine and serve over noodles!
